Does anyone else agree EA messed up somewhat on the need for speed series?
I mean every game in the series had a quality point but always has seemed to lack something but this is what I thought would make the game perfect based on the features
Graphics-Gran Turismo or Forza or Need for speed Hot pursuit 2
Customizing- Carbons customizable vinyls but no autosculpt and underground 2′s body kits and spoilers
Cops-Need For speed Hot pursuit 2 seemed the most difficult
Career- more like Hot Rod grage to glory but with most wanted map or others
Multiplayer- needs some kinda co-op
Anyone have there own improvement plan you could say ? lol the best detailed answer will get best answer. I will also except quality comments on my list for best answer or on the games in general.
the games i refer to are not all need for speed games there just games that i think are examples of what I tihnk should be in a game for need for speed

Need for speed: Most Wanted was the last awesome NFS series game cuz of it’s great story line, cops, destruction, and the free roam system. Prostreet got rid of cops, destruction, and the free roam system. 2 me most wanted was the best game ever in that series. Carbon was a really short game and the next need for speed better be like most wanted!!

mixing gas for my yz 125/144?
hey i just got a yz 125 with a 144 big bore kit, v force reeds, hot rods crank and shaft, ported and polished top and bottom.. and i dont know what type of gas to run through it, should it be 91 or 93 octane or should i get an additive to make it like 104 octane, and the guy told me to run 50:1 oil?? its synthetic if that matters. i have just always owned 4 strokes and never had to worry bout this..
admin answers:
Straight 93 octane should be more than adequate still, even with the modifications you’ve got on there. Do you get any kind of pinging or pre-detonation with what you’re using now? If not, then I wouldn’t worry too much about it. I’ve always run 32:1 on my bike, but I know others that run 40:1 on theirs.

Hybrid car – powertrain?
Can I buy the powertrain for a hybrid or electric car?
Are there kit cars to make a Ferrari or Cobra style car?
Can a hybrid have two engines, one front, one rear, to make a HOT ROD?
Two answers were very informative.
I liked the Ford/Siemens engine on eBay and the Ferrari replica.
Peugeot coupe? Is that what Columbo drives?
The goal is not fuel efficiency or even practical daily usage. It’s too launch a new sport, like supercharged family sedans launched Nascar.
Thanks to all.

Hybrids have two engines, one is an internal combustion engine and the other is electric. They both usually drive the same power train.
There are some differences in design from manufacturer to manufacturer, Honda puts them both on the same crank shaft and Toyota interfaces them through the transmission. Honda’s is a full time electric AND gas engine while Toyota will alternatively have them both operate at the same time, either one or the other, or none on at all based on the vehicle needs for the conditions of the moment.
Having one drive power the rear and the other the front would be more difficult to manage than having them both drive an all wheel drive train from a single power access point because you would be confronted with making the two motors synchronize their output and electric motors have very different power curves than gas engines.
Generally the drive trains by themselves are not out there yet except used and maybe from a junk dealer who has a wreck.
Yes there are kit cars that copy Ferrari and Cobra’s but that is a separate issue and those kits are usually designed for conventional chassis’s.

1967 mustang performance question.?
I have a 1967 mustang. It has an automatic c4 transmission that is being rebuilt now. I am having them put a shift kit inside. I have a rebuilt 289 V8 with a 2bbl holley carb on it and stock intake manifolds. Would I be doing justice to my vehicle if I were to put a performance 4 bbl edelbrock intake, performance holley 600 cfm carb, long tube headers and some flow masters on it? I am not trying to hot rod it out, but I wanted to put parts on it that would be compatible to a 302 if I wanted in the future.
admin answers:
That’s what i did to my 66. I would now make a change on the flows as they don’t sound that good. There are better mufflers with better sound out there. Also put an electronic ignition “kit” in the distributor with some good wires. As time goes by try to pick up a 9 inch rear end and keep you eye out for some disc brakes for the front. You can put a 302 rotating assembly in a 289 block with little trouble and that way keep the original motor but have the power of the 302. The 289 heads have pressed in rocker studs so any serious hot roding will run the risk of one pulling out and causing serious damage to the motor. They also don’t have hard seats on the exhaust valves so that increases the possibility of a burned valve with today’s gas.

what is the best type of exhaust for my mustang?
I have a 1967 mustang. It has a 289 and a 2 bbl intake manifold with and older holley and an AT. I am in the process of getting the tranny over hauled and they are putting a shift kit in it. I just bought a 4bbl performance 470 cfm holley and an edelbrock performance intake manifold. What type of headers and exhaust should I put on it. It has Dual exhaust( from manifold to muffler to exhaust pipe) 1 set up for each side of the engine. to get the best performance I have been told to put ceramic shorties to flow master mufflers and have 2.5 inch pipe. I am really looking for an aggressive sound and more performance. The 289 is rebuilt to stock specs. I dont plan on upping the cam or the headers as of now.
Is ceramic shorty headers and dual flowmaster mufflers with a 2.5 pipe the best set up for performance or sound? I have been told so many things I have no idea what direction to go. My plan with my car is not to hot rod it out, I just want to get the best performance I can with the original 289 and be able to light the light and get a little squeel from my tires when I want to hear them. I have talked to people and they say to throw some long tubed headers on with x pipe exhaust and all this other stuff. I explained to my mechanic exactly what I wanted and he is the one telling me what kind of set up to get.
